And before you say, “Oh, I’ll get to it later,” consider this:  According to John M. Grohol, PsyD, Founder & Editor-in-Chief  of PsychCentral.com, procrastination is one of the most common issues for students getting back in the groove of school routines. He contends that procrastination is linked to poor planning and time management skills, and simply not putting them to good use on a daily basis. These skills are learned, he says, and don’t necessarily come naturally or easily to most people.  But just like any skill, the more you practice, the better you get at it.  Grohol recommends this article  by Steve Bressert, PhD. to better understand why you procrastinate and offers help for building better habits.
